Bondi Sands Tan

I am reviewing the Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam, Dark 200 ml
Sand, Sea and Sun, the enviable Australian image. With Bondi sands, you can have the ultimate sun kissed Australian tan in just minutes. Enriched with aloe Vera and infused with a scent of coconut, Bondi sands tanning foam does leave skin glowing like you’ve spent a day on Bondi beach. Simply smooth on foam for an even natural tan without the tell-tale aroma of many other tanning products.
I absolutely love this product as It does not go blotchy or go orange, it does have a slight scent but it’s not a bad at all. I personally love the coconut scent. It just adds to the tanning experience.
This is how I apply the product.

  1. For an even streak free tan ensure skin is clean, exfoliated and moisturise so the tan goes on evenly.
  2. Apply to face and body with a tanning mitt ( I use Bondi sands tanning mitt)
  3. Use sparingly on knees and elbows.
  4. After 30 minutes go ahead and add a second coat of the tan if you want a darker look.
  5. For a longer lasting darker tan leave lotion on skin for up to 6 hours. I leave in on over night but if you can’t wait that long the 6 hours is plenty so if you add it in the morning you will be fine by night, just make sure you are wearing loose clothing or else it could rub off.
  6. Shower with warm water and gently pat skin dry, moisturise after to ensure skin is nice and soft and it will also help to prolong the tan.
Enjoy looking tanned my lovelies xx

How to lose weight quickly you ask ?

My advice to dropping kg’s quickly!
-Drink water to stay hydrated and help skin get clearer, so cut out those soft fizzy drinks full of sugar.
-Do cardio daily ( at least 30 minutes) to get heart rate up high and burn calories fast. Also add weight training to help tone and define your muscles.
-Ban white bread and pastas to eliminate unwanted calories.
-Sleep longer and don’t eat after 9pm so you don’t over eat and give your body plenty of time to digest your days food.
-Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to help you feel full.
-Stay busy – you don’t want to eat just because you’re bored.
-Keep moving, you don’t want to just sit on the couch and eat chips all day do you? take your dog for a walk, do for a light walk with your partner, go do any active exercise. I guarantee it will make you feel better.
-Don’t skip meals! it will made your body hold on to fat to keep you satisfied.

Remember, what you eat on the inside will show on the outside.

What to do about your gym crush!

So I have a gym crush, most people do.
I asked myself how do I get him to talk to me?
As we both kept staring at each other I figured some tips and tricks to get your man at the gym!
1) Be yourself- if you speak to him, just be natural. Don’t try too hard to impress him, leave him with a little bit of mystery.
2) Smile! – The second I smiled at my gym crush it gave him a green light to come and talk to me, which he did.
3) Don’t make it all about him- Focus on your workout, remember why you are at the gym to begin with.
4) Be friendly- When you do talk to each other make sure you be polite and kind, don’t be rude because you think it might make him want you more. It won’t go that way, he’ll just think you’re not interested.
5) If it doesn’t work out then big whoop- There’s plenty of fish in the sea, you’re too good to chase after someone that isn’t worth it.
Hope this helps,
Happy fishing ladies xx

How to be confident!

”Confidence is key”
Many of us struggle with our self confidence, unfortunately us as women compare our bodies and looks with other women. It’s natural, but for me personally I envy women that are confident like most of us do. What we don’t know is, they are probably just as insecure about it as we are.
So I’ve come up with 3 points and tips for you to improve your self confidence!
1) Fake it till you make it : Doubt is the enemy of confidence. It keeps us feeling uncertain and, sometimes, even makes us a bit cynical. If you start doubting yourself, counteract it by doubting your doubt. Question the truth of what your doubt is saying to you. Perhaps your doubt is saying, “Oh, I’m really not good at this.” Question those limiting beliefs whenever they arise. You’ll likely realize there aren’t many facts to back up the doubtful assertion.
2) Facing your fears : Think about a fear you faced and recall how you felt afterward. Perhaps you felt liberated and proud; you might have even wanted to do the thing you were afraid of again. Make a commitment to do something that scares you every day, once a week, or once a month and watch your confidence quickly grow.
3)Do things that make you happy: When we are happy we give off more good energy that to others see as confidence. Even though we may not be, the happy emotions we have counteract the negative thoughts we may also be experiencing. So whether it’s getting your nails done, volunteering at an animal shelter, doing a full face of make up or just going for a jog. If it makes you feel better DO IT! you will look better and more confident after.
