How to lose weight quickly you ask ?

My advice to dropping kg’s quickly!
-Drink water to stay hydrated and help skin get clearer, so cut out those soft fizzy drinks full of sugar.
-Do cardio daily ( at least 30 minutes) to get heart rate up high and burn calories fast. Also add weight training to help tone and define your muscles.
-Ban white bread and pastas to eliminate unwanted calories.
-Sleep longer and don’t eat after 9pm so you don’t over eat and give your body plenty of time to digest your days food.
-Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to help you feel full.
-Stay busy – you don’t want to eat just because you’re bored.
-Keep moving, you don’t want to just sit on the couch and eat chips all day do you? take your dog for a walk, do for a light walk with your partner, go do any active exercise. I guarantee it will make you feel better.
-Don’t skip meals! it will made your body hold on to fat to keep you satisfied.

Remember, what you eat on the inside will show on the outside.

What to do about your gym crush!

So I have a gym crush, most people do.
I asked myself how do I get him to talk to me?
As we both kept staring at each other I figured some tips and tricks to get your man at the gym!
1) Be yourself- if you speak to him, just be natural. Don’t try too hard to impress him, leave him with a little bit of mystery.
2) Smile! – The second I smiled at my gym crush it gave him a green light to come and talk to me, which he did.
3) Don’t make it all about him- Focus on your workout, remember why you are at the gym to begin with.
4) Be friendly- When you do talk to each other make sure you be polite and kind, don’t be rude because you think it might make him want you more. It won’t go that way, he’ll just think you’re not interested.
5) If it doesn’t work out then big whoop- There’s plenty of fish in the sea, you’re too good to chase after someone that isn’t worth it.
