My advice to dropping kg’s quickly!
-Drink water to stay hydrated and help skin get clearer, so cut out those soft fizzy drinks full of sugar.
-Do cardio daily ( at least 30 minutes) to get heart rate up high and burn calories fast. Also add weight training to help tone and define your muscles.
-Ban white bread and pastas to eliminate unwanted calories.
-Sleep longer and don’t eat after 9pm so you don’t over eat and give your body plenty of time to digest your days food.
-Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to help you feel full.
-Stay busy – you don’t want to eat just because you’re bored.
-Keep moving, you don’t want to just sit on the couch and eat chips all day do you? take your dog for a walk, do for a light walk with your partner, go do any active exercise. I guarantee it will make you feel better.
-Don’t skip meals! it will made your body hold on to fat to keep you satisfied.
Remember, what you eat on the inside will show on the outside.
